I did not come into this through the usual internet-marketer route.

I studied engineering, and I worked as an engineer.

Which means I don't see marketing as a bag of hacks, tricks, captions, and magic-button tactics.

I see it as a system.

A message goes into the market. Attention either appears or it doesn't.

The right people either respond or they don't.

The conversation path either creates conversations or it leaks.

The numbers either support the spend or they don't.

Engineering trains you to think in inputs, outputs, constraints, and feedback loops.

It teaches you something that took me a while to apply to marketing.

A system doesn't care how confident you sound. It either works or it doesn't.

How I learned this the hard way

There was no shortcut. There was no mentor who handed me the answer.

I learned it the hard way, with my own money on the line.

Hundreds of hours of YouTube, watching everything worth watching.

Tens of thousands of dollars on coaching and mentoring.

And the rest of it in the trenches, spending my own money to go and generate business.

Here's how serious I was about it.

I sold my house, put the equity in the bank, and backed myself for twelve months.

Engineering was a good career. But online marketing offered me something it couldn't.

The ability to work from home. A better living. And honestly, a more interesting problem to solve.

So I bet on it.

When I started the agency, I made one rule. No outbound.

If you're going to sell marketing services, you'd better be able to market yourself well enough that people come to you.

So I studied Meta ads every single day for four months.

I spent tens of thousands of dollars working out what worked and what didn't.

And once I cracked it, I went from no clients to ten in about ninety days.

All of them came through paid.

That's when it really clicked for me.

You can build a system, pay to run it, and have it work while you sleep.

It keeps working until ad fatigue creeps in, and then you refresh it and it keeps going.

Paid ads are a shortcut to growth, once you actually know how to run them.

And that process, the one I taught myself the expensive way, is exactly what I've packaged up here.

Why I don't run an agency anymore

I ran a performance marketing agency in Sydney for a while. That's where a lot of this was forged.

But the model just wasn't for me.

It was busy. It was brutally competitive.

So many people were willing to work for so little that it was hard for some brands to see why I charged more.

And the retainer offer never really excited me.

What I actually enjoy is the ads themselves. Running them, tinkering, testing, refining the system until it sings.

So I found a way to monetise the part I love, instead of the part I didn't.

Rather than running campaigns for everyone, I packaged up what I'd learned and started teaching the people most like me how to run it themselves.

Smaller. Calmer. More private. Built around the work I'd happily do anyway.

Who I built this for

You don't have to own a business to be the right fit.

Maybe you do.

Or maybe you're a service professional who works for someone else but is responsible for bringing in your own business.

Or you're growing a side hustle now so you can open up your own shop later.

Whoever you are, you're the one on the hook for finding the next client.

You're not really trying to become internet famous.

You're a bit more private. You understand attention lives on social media, but you've no real interest in building a personal brand.

You have a real service and an established buyer.

And you know exactly why someone should choose you over the next option.

You can articulate it, which means you already understand your offer and you've proven it works.

You don't want more chaos. You want more control.

That's who I'm hoping this is for. People like me.

What I actually do here

My role is player-coach.

I'm in the trenches using the same paid system I teach, and sharing what I learn as I go.

Every dollar I've made online has come from paid social.

I don't have a large following, and I have no interest in posting every day.

I build systems that use paid reach to work while I sleep, and bring the right prospects into a quiet, curated space where real conversations can happen.

I keep it deliberately simple, then add layers only once the simple version is working.

And if you ever want to bring in an agency down the line, I'd rather you understood the machine first (here's why).

Where to go next

If you want to see how the system actually works, read the method.

If you're ready to build the first working version with me, look at the sprint.
